The Department was born to give general consultancy to all Companies of the HOLDING, in consideration that the complex and wide regulation of many branches of internal and foreign law needs of constant attention and connection with lawyers able to assist every Society during the contractual phase and to manage everything in compliance with market requirements. Actually, in general, the Department extended its activity in favour of external Companies, Partners or also Clients simply, providing legal assistance on general corporate and commercial matters at any stage of their development. In particular, the Department gives legal and commercial assistance on sale and purchase contracts of crude oil, gas oil, natural gas and other commodities, providing consultant advice on all issued related to these markets. Moreover, the internal legal Department has – jointly with one of the most important Italian Law Firm – specialization on Company Law (commercial and international trade law), International bank Law, European law, Russian Law, Chinese Law, Industrial Law, Criminal commercial Law.
